(Page 12) -Attached revised Exhibit G2 shows the locations of the existing <br />access road, stock ponds, stock fences and other man-made structures existing on the <br />property. The water lines, stock tanks, stock ponds and stock fences were appazently <br />placed on the property pursuant to a previous grazing lease held by the State Land Boazd. <br />Since GCC Rio Grande has entered a lease with the State Land Board which covers <br />improvements to the property, no further action is necessary. GCC Rio Grande could not <br />enter a further agreement with the previous leaseholder because there is no appazent <br />ownership interest in any of the improvements. <br />K 6 5 CEOTECHNICAL STABILITYREPORT <br />(page 13) -The Division will be notified if it becomes necessary to blast for <br />foundations during plant construction. <br />L. STAFFRECOMMENDATIONS: <br />(Page 14, 15) -Amendments to the blasting plan aze provided in Exhibit D. <br />Blasting will be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations by an <br />independent blasting contractor. <br />M.
