This Exhibit was updated to reflect information in revised Exhibit D. In addition, please note that new reference materials have been relied upon in the development of the reclamation and revegetation plan. Additional references aze provided as Attachment 1 to this letter. (Page 6) -Attached revised Exhibit and Tables E-1 through E-7 discuss alternative seed mix options that GCC Rio Grande proposes based upon Division and public comment. 3. (Page 6) -Seed mix, seeding windows, vegetation sequencing, and noxious weed control will be as approved by the Division and are discussed on attached revised pages E-7 through E-12. 4. (Page 6) -Seeding methods and windows are described on pages E- 9 through E- 11. 5. (Page 7) -Reconstructed drainages will be stabilized with riprap and geotextiles in order to establish vegetation, minimize erosion, and convey the 100-yeaz flood peaks. Undisturbed arroyos above the mining azeas will be seamed into the reconstructed arroyos at the upper end of the mined area using rock-lined, sloping drop structures and energy dissipaters. These facilities aze further described in the revised pages for the Mining Permit Application and the detailed report provided in Appendix F of the Application titled "Surface Water Management Plan." 6. (Page 8) -Noxious weed control methods aze discussed on page E-11 and reference is provided in Appendix G. D. 6.4.6 EXHIBIT F-RECLAMATIONPLANMAP (Page 8) -Revised Exhibit F-1 showing the post-mining contours is attached. The map is now at a scale of 1 "=600' and clearly shows drainage of both the mine and plant azea. New Exhibit F-2 illustrates "before and a8er cross sections" of the highwalls.
