Bear, Jr. - phone 527-4439 <br />The Spill Prevention, Containment, and Counter-Measure Plan for the <br />Somerset and Sanborn Creek Mines has been developed to preclude the <br />discharge of spilled oils or other hazardous materials into the navigable <br />waters of the United States. It shall be the responsibility of the Mine <br />Manger to ensure that the procedures and containment plans described <br />herein are both maintained and enforced. <br />This plan shall be reviewed annually for changes in materials used or <br />operating practices at Somerset Mine. Updates or revisions shall be <br />included at that time and the plan recertified by a professional <br />engineer. <br />This plan has been developed and prepared under my supervision: <br />_.~ .__.
