The applicant feels that this provides a good reclamation potential <br />5. Reclamation Cost - Highwall: <br />Exhibit "E", 3.1.5 (3) states: "There will be no highwalls in this operation." Pit perimeters <br />will be partially backsloped during mining and finished in final reclamation, except where <br />daylighting to existing contours. There will be no more than 1480 linear feet of highwall at <br />any one time. <br />6. Permanent Man Made Structures: <br />I[ is true that [he letters from West Plains Energy were included regarding [heir structures. <br />"the applicants will agree to compensate them for any danrage to their structures. However, <br />the chances of any damages are very minor, since as stated the opening statement of Exhibit <br />"S", the applicant opted to leave at least a 210' buffer around the perimeter of the site for this <br />tower, as well as any others in the area. The Reclamation Map shows this 210' setback. <br />[t is good working with you again. Please call if there are any other questions.
