bCOK a-0K II0�0 58J - z and other recreation facilities as it may desire in • the following described area : That portion of the NWaSW!y of said Section 19, lying west of the County road being a rectangle 250 feet , more or less , in an east-west direction and 200 feet, more or less in a north-south direction . Said parcel contains 1 .2 acres , more or less , all of which is in Section 19, T.6N . , R. 67W. , 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. 2 . Grantee will place signs designating the public use areas . 3 . The right of grantee to hereafter plant , from time to time as desired by grantee, trees, shrubbery and other plants at such places on the bed and banks of the river traversing the lands described in paragraph 1 for purposes of controlling water- action erosion and improving the fishery, and by mutual agreement • to erect such short stretches of fences as may be desired in pro- tecting said plantings against livestock; and by mutual agreement to perform such other work from time to time as desired by grantee within the beds and banks of said stream for purposes of improv- ing the fishery on said lands . Grantee further being hereby given the right to enter from time to time said lands for purposes of managing the fish and wildlife thereon. 4 . Grantor (s) hereby agree for the duration of the easements herein contained to use only those agricultural chemicals as approved by the U .S . Department of Agriculture and that they will be used strictly according to the directions stated by the manu- facturer. 5 . Grantor (s) further agree during the duration of the ease- ments herein contained not to remove any willows, trees, brush or other vegetation (noxious weeds excepted) from within twenty- five (25) feet of any stream or body of water located upon the premises herein described unless permission in writing be first obtained from grantee, Grantor will be responsible for the con- trol of noxious weeds . -2-
