<br />• III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />sss <br />EKBERG PIT <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, <br />Township 4 South, Range 43 West of the 6th P.M. <br />EXHIBIT B - Mining Plan <br />The gravel is scraped loose with a bull-dozer and loaded <br />into belly-dump trucks or other smaller trucks with a <br />front-end loader. It is then hauled to the road construc- <br />tion site. The approximate depth of the pit is 25 ft and <br />the mining direction is South to Morth. <br />EXHIBIT C a - The Mining & Reclamation Map indicates the adjoining land- <br />owners to the gravel pit. <br />EXHIBIT C b - Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br />The Mining & Reclamation Map shows the names and locations <br />of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, <br />and power and communication lines in the areas of the affected <br />lands. <br />EXHIBIT D - Soils Information was obtained from the Soil Survey of Yuma <br />County, Colorado, published in April of 9 <br />Soils in this proposed area are 86-D Colby Loan 6-15% slopes, <br />102 Colby Loam, gullies, 15-25% slopes. <br />The attached copy of the soil survey sheet shows the approx- <br />imate pit and proposed pit areas. <br />The soil series descriptions are for depths of 0-60 inches. <br />EXHIBIT D a - Wildlife Resources <br />See attached <br />EXHIBIT D b - Water Resources <br />The location of this pit in no way affect the hydrological <br />balance of nature. <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />See attached. <br />
