Narrow leaf willows and Indian Rice Grass <br />make up the bulk of the perimeter vegetation. <br />EXHIBIT G <br />A paid tax receipt was included in the original permit <br />Application. <br />EXHIBIT J <br />Proof of mailings of the "Notice of Permit Application" <br />sent to the Soil Conservation District Board of Super- <br />visors was included in the original permit application. <br />EXHIBIT L <br />The old railroad grade which is in question is owned by <br />the Clark's.
