Kubic <br />Colorado Department of Health <br />WQCD-PE-B2 <br />4300 Cherry Creek Drive South <br />Denver, CO 80222-1530 <br />Dear Mr. Kubic: <br />In accordance with part I.B.3 of the above referenced peanit, PBcM hereby provides the TIE <br />investi~tion report pertaining to the "Pattern of Toxicity" demonstrated from Discharge Point <br />007 at the Edna Mine. <br />As the report indicates, the parameters causing the toxicity appear to be TDS with a poser~ble <br />influence of copper. Upon your review of the report, I should like to suggest that we schedule a <br />meeting to discuss the Endings and possible avenues to bang the Edna Mine into compliance with <br />its CDPS permit. <br />Please contact me at your convenience.
