Due to operator transfer processes, the stormwater application process was <br />delayed. <br />As stated in your letter dated February 8, 2007, a `Notice of Transfer and Acceptance of <br />Terms' was received by CDPHE and accepted. As part of this transition, Gault Group <br />Inc. (GGI) has been delegated the responsibility by LKA International for <br />communications with regulatory agencies, and prepazation and submittal of documents <br />relating to environmental permitting obligations associated with the Golden Wonder <br />mine. The local point of contact for any issues concerning this proposed Stormwater <br />Management Plan (SWMP) application will be Karmen King/GGI/Cortez, CO. <br />We apologize for the delays experienced to-date and are submitting the following <br />attachments for your review in order to obtain a stormwater pernut for the mine.
