The inspection also <br />satisfies Rule 4.05.9 (13) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. <br />To the best of my-knowledge, based upon my field observations and investigations, as detailed in the <br />attached inspections reports, all referenced ponds are being maintained in conformance with prudent, state- <br />of-the-art earthen embankment construction. <br />Sin erely, <br />~~ <br />Ronald G.
