A lack of vegetation on the south-
facing interior embankment of the sedimentation pond was observed and reported by Division
inspectors (you note that vegetation along the inside of the pond has been denuded by cows).
Please address corrective action during the next planting season [Rule 4.05.6(11)(g)]. The
Division of Minerals and Geology has no questions of the report at this time.
Yours truly,
~ ~ ~~~
Byron G.
