Ouffall 002A
discharged sporadically during the period. Samples were collected from the two 002A Ouffalls for
analyses, however due to an oversight, the samples for site 300E were inadvertently analyzed for
the older quarterly permit parameters. No exceedances were noted for these parameters. The
new requirements have been noted to both Twentymile Coal Company staff and our analytical
laboratory, and this oversight will not occur again. August 2007 samples have been collected and
analyzed per the new permit requirements. Please contact me directly at (970-870-2750) with
any questions on this matter.
Note that Outfall numbers 001A/001X/MONt/O1YX did not discharge during the period. In order
to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual
DMR forms to cover the ouffalls, which did not discharge.
CERTIFICATION
1 certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the Information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete.
