The applicant <br />Beavers Construction, has requested a BLM contract to mine the gravel-deposit at <br />High Mesa Gravel Pit where the minerals are owned and managed by the federal <br />Government. The BLM is processing the permit at this time. The applicant does not <br />have a right to enter and remove the mineral deposits until and if BLM issues a <br />contract for gravel at the High Mesa Pit. <br />
