If you have not received these <br />documents, please contact my offices as soon as possible. Also, your inspection report <br />dated 8/29/02 noted that the county was missing some of the required documents we are <br />required to file. I have checked my records and am showing that the DMG inspections <br />for January, February, March, and April were sent in 2/19, 4/1, 4/1, and 6/6/02 <br />respectively. Our insurance certificate was renewed on 7/01/02. I don't know if this <br />made it to you and the county or not, but I copied both of you on 11 /27/02. The NPDES <br />permit was also renewed 5/1/02.
