No.: Pond #4 <br />Inspection Period: Fourth Quarter 2006 <br />Inspection Date: January 8, 2007 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located on the north east comer of the refuse disposal area. It is a sediment control <br />facility receiving run-off from the refuse disposal area. The primary discharge gate has been disabled <br />in the open position, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-through" facility. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1).
