Effluent Limitations Beginning immediately and lasting through Suly 31, 1996, the permittee is authorized to discharge from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014 and 015, the discharges from sedimentalion ponds, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
