Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through Suly 31, 1996, the permittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014 and <br />015, the discharges from sedimentalion ponds, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. <br />In accordance with the Water Quali[y Control Commission Regulations for Effluent <br />Limitations, Section 10.1,3, and Slate Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, <br />5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter <br />concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the <br />specified flow limitation, <br />(a) Outfalls 001. 003. 006. 008 and 010 <br />PRIMARY LIMITATIONS <br />Effluent Parameter Discharge Limitations <br />30-Dav Ave Daily Max <br />Flow, MGD Report Report <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/P 35 70 <br />Total Iron, mg/P 3.5 7.0 <br />Settleable Solids, mP/P N/A Report <br />pH, s.u.
