All signs will be of a <br />standard design and will comply with 30 CFR 717.12 as detailed later in this subsection. The signs <br />will not be removed until after release of all bonds. <br />Access to and from Colorado State Highway 139 will be in accordance with safety requirements <br />of the Colorado State Highway Department. <br />Pursuant to State and Federal regulations, signs and markers will be posted and maintained by <br />GVC until after the release of all bonds for the permit azea. The signs will be of a durable material, <br />of uniform size throughout the operation, easily seen and read, and will conform to local ordinances <br />and codes. The following signs or markers will be posted in relation to the operation: <br />Mine and Permit Identification Sign <br />-posted at the only entrance to the permit area from State Highway 139. <br />Perimeter Markers <br />- posted along areas affected by surface operations or facilities <br />Stream Buffer Zone Markers <br />-an azea 100 feet on either side of East Salt Creek (within the permit azea) will be <br />posted.
