2.2-9 <br />2.2.4 Stora~te and Stockpile Sites <br />• The operation will have minor storage capacity for fuel (diesel), <br />oil, grease and nonflammable and nonexplosive products. A diesel <br />fuel storage tank will be located as shown on Figure 2.2-2. Fuel <br />will be pumped from the top of the tank. Miscellaneous oils will be <br />stored in 55 gallon drums in the work area as required. Storage <br />racks will be provided with drip sumps. <br />Grease, nonflammable and nonexplosive products will be stored in the <br />vehicle warehouse building and will comply with all related MSHA <br />requirements. <br />Coal will be deposited on the bench by conveyor in a surge pile <br />prior to loading into on highway vehicles. The surge pile will be <br />isolated from all surface water runoff as described in Section <br />2.3.1, and maintained below a volume of 4,000 tons. <br />Topsoil stockpiles are shown on Figure 2.2-1, with management <br />discussed in Section 2.4.3. <br />• <br />I~ <br />U <br />NV '~~ <br />MU i/20; `?3 <br />
