The Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board is a technical Board and will make <br />judgments about technical feasibility of what is <br />being proposed today. <br />If you have concerns about traffic, <br />noise, dust -- those kinds of things -- those are not <br />things that the Board has jurisdiction over, and if <br />your comments move into that direction, they probably <br />will remind you that the Board does not have <br />jurisdiction over these kinds of issues. <br />So we're here today to look .at the <br />technical aspects of the mining reclamation plan for <br />
