There would be a plan on <br />the order of sequence of notification of various <br />state and local authorities and a sequence of how <br />response on site would be conducted. <br />I think that summarizes the concerns <br />that we had received from the local -- the objectors <br />we discussed at the January meeting. <br />At this point there's about three <br />outstanding issues at the site. These would include <br />the buttress construction, the grout curtain <br />(construction, and the reclamation cost. <br />What the staff would recommend at this <br />(point is that the Board would allow the staff to <br />review and approve these technical designs for the <br />buttress and the grout curtain when they meet the <br />criteria of stability and long-term usability at <br />the site. <br />We would also recommend that the Board <br />allow the Division the leeway to establish the <br />financial warranty in conjunction with the company, <br />given the reclamation plan that should be presented <br />for approval. <br />And, finally, based upon the above <br />commitments, the plan we have in hand as well as our <br />
