H. [doeds & Sons, joir~ ventures ("Lessee"); <br />1. PROPEP.TY. The subject of this lease is a ten acre <br />tract, being a portion of property kno::n as the Leadville-Lake <br />Ccunty Airport property, located in Lake County, Colorado, the <br />location of tiie property is shown on Exhibit "A". <br />2. PllRPOSE. The property is leased to Lessor solely <br />fvr the purpose of the mining of aggregate. <br />3. TERM. The property is leased for a term ending <br />December 31, 1977, subject to an option for rene~ral for a one- <br />year_period on terms and conditions to be agreed upon b_y the <br />parties. <br />4. FOYALTY. In consideration of this lease, Lessor <br />agrees to deliver to Lessee ten per cent of the total. aggregate <br />imined. Seventy per cent of such aggregate delivered as royalty <br />shall be minus three-quarter inch size; thirty per cent si1a11 cep <br />,minus three inch size. <br />5. ACCESS. Access to the property shall be by the <br />cobble crossing over Halfmoon Creek.
