Farms Pit (M-99-098) <br />East 8"' Street Pit (M-00-082), <br />Water Division 1, Water District 3, Weld County <br />Expiration Date: December 31, 2005 <br />Dear Mr. Frick: <br />This letter is in response to your request for renewal of the above referenced substitute water <br />supply plans to cover depletions mused by gravel mining operations at four locations. This substitute <br />water supply plan is a combined replacement plan that identifies replacement sources to cover <br />depletions from three mine sites along the Cache La Poudre River. The required fee of $651 (3 x $217 <br />has been submitted. Additionally this substitute water supply plan will include a new site, the East 8 <br />Street Pit, which Aggregate will begin mining in 2005. The required fee of $1,343 for the new site has <br />been paid.
