• The regrading requirements ezplained under Rule 2.05.4~2)c will <br />result in a poatmining topography of equal utility to the premining <br />Landscape for wildlife and livestock usage. Restoration of the <br />approzimate original contour will assure adequate topographic <br />diversity and accessibility to the more productive and varied <br />vegetation. <br />These topographic inprovementa, coupled with the <br />reestablishment of adapted plant species, will result in greater <br />forage production and better availability of forage on reclaised <br />sites. <br />• (b) The description shall be accompanied by a copy of the <br />' comments concerning the proposed use by the legal or equitable owner of <br />record of the surface of the proposed permit area and the State and local <br />government agencies which would have to initiate, implement, approve, or <br />authorize the proposed use of the land following reclamation. <br />RESPONSE: <br />Surface Owner Comaenta on the Poetmining Land IIae Designations <br /> CYCC is the over of record of all of the surface within the <br /> permit area ezcept for SO acres in Section 13, TSN, B86ii.
