• within the proposed permit area will be permanently sealed with an <br />approved slurry, cement, or sealant after piezometera and recording or <br />sampling equipment are removed. Whereever multiple aquifers or <br />bedrock aquifers not exhibiting artesian flow were encountered, drill <br />holes will be sealed with a solid cement plug extending 20 feet above <br />and below the water bearing zone. An octo plug will be placed 10 feet <br />below the surface to support a cement plug to within 3 feet of the <br />ground surface. All sealed wells will be clearly marked. <br />(h) A description of steps to be taken to comply with the <br />requirements of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C.
