Freouenc~and Samole Tyne <br />P~ I <br />Page ld of 19 <br />Permit No. CO-0000132 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or noncompliance with <br />the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the permittee shall monitor all <br />effluent parameters at the following frequencies: <br />a) Outfalls 007, 009. 010. 012 and 013 <br />Parameter Measurement Freauencv d/ Samnle Tvoe e/ <br />Flow, MGD Monthly Instantaneous <br /> or Continuous <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/Y Monthly Grab <br />Total Iron, mg/E Monthly Grab <br />pH, s.u. Monthly In-situ <br />Oil and Grease, mg/E f/ Monthly Visual <br />Settleable Solids, m2/E j_/ Monthly Grab <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/P g/ Quarterly Crab <br />Sampling by th e permittee shall be taken at the following locations: at <br />outfalls 007, 009, 010, 012 and 013, prior to entering the receiving waters. <br />kfien access to outfall 007 would be potentially hazardous to the operators, no <br />monitoring will be required, providing the following requirements are met. For <br />each reporting period that the permittee seeks this exemption, they shall <br />provide written documentation of the specific conditions that prevented access <br />during the entire reporting oeriod. The Division will review this documentation <br />and determine whether an exemption is justified. If access is possible during <br />any portion of the reporting period, the permittee will be expected to inspect <br />the outfall at the specified frequencies and collect the required samples if <br />discharging.
