• RE. DEEP CRF~C PLACER MINE <br />-3- <br />14. Present Land Use (i.e., <br />agricultural, industrial, etc.} <br />Wildlife Habitat- Aesthetic (Scenic) <br />15. Proposed Future Land Use Will be using less than two acres. When mining is complete <br />(Goal of reclamation) we will secure portals and close road and revegetation <br />where possible. <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identity the affected land and be wiroily adequate for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B -Mining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be correlated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C -Map <br />This map Should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this map.' <br />EXHIBIT D - Wild]ife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information, <br />Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed ~ outlined in the applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br /> <br /> <br />
