Essentially no <br />revegetation can be accomplished without topsoil. Any areas where <br />bare topsoil is exposed, including the roadbed, it should be seeded <br />in the late fall (after October 15). A seeding worksheet is attached. <br />There is little vegetation in the mine pit area.
