.~ • • - - <br />MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) GXI~~~~~' <br />far limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br />B-Mining Co./Limestone/T43N, R10W, Section 25 and 26 <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: <br />The key wildlife species in this area are mule deer end elk. Numerous small mammals <br />and birds also inhabit this area. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: ,• <br />None <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />If the operation continues to use existing facilities, minimal impacts on the existing <br />vegetative communities will occur. <br />Assessment of impact: <br />The Division's primary concern is protecting water quality in Deep Creek and the <br />San Miguel River.
