With reference to your letter of July 9, 1992 we are submitting the following
information to complete the application of the above named applicant.
GK Application Form: The original signed copy of the application page was
mailed to the MLRD on July 8, 1992.
p~Bxhibit B - Site Description: Attached is information received from the Soil
Conservation Service regarding vegetation and soil characteristics in the
area of the proposed reclamation operation.

exhibit G - Source of LeAgal Right-to-Enter: Attached is a letter from FESCO
Inc. granting us permissio for the right to enter and access the land for

B~~xhibit I - Proof of Filing with the County Clerk: It was determined this
proof was attached to the application mailed to MLRD on July 6, 1992.
We will send by certified mail to the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder all
the information attached with this letter.
We hope this will complete the application for the permit requirements for
the Ignacio Pit. we would like to keep the decision date of July 23, 1992 as
stipulated by the MLRD Board ruling of May 28, 1992.
