EXHIBIT J <br /> 103 <br /> j VEGETATION <br /> Existing vegetation cover on the property consists of crop fields <br /> along the eastern one-third (1/3 ) of the site and pasture land on <br /> the remaining two-thirds (2/3) . Lowland areas along Idaho Creek <br /> have plant cover consistent with that found in a flood plain such <br /> as Canary reed grass, rushes, and other wetlands plant species. <br /> There is no tree cover on any of the property. Reclaimed <br /> shorelines will be used for recreational purposes and will be <br /> planted with grass species that are suitable for such uses. <br /> J-1 <br />
