Box 758 Greeley, CO 80632 RE: Augmentation Water Lease for the Weld County for 2007 Dear Mr. Bauer: We are in receipt of Weld County's augmentation water requirement schedule for 2007. To meet Weld County's augmentation demands, Greeley will make available wholly consumable effluent from Greeley's Wastewater Plant on the Poudre River associated with the use of Windy Gap Units or other augmentation supplies available to the City. The request totals 203.17 acre-feet for replacements from January through December 2007, as shown below. Using the Consumer Price Index ("CPI") for the Denver/Boulder area, the increase to be applied this year is 5.25%. This results in a delivery charge.of $68.41 per acre-feet, or a $2.47/AF increase from last year. Total cost for delivery is $13,899.37 and payment is due February 15, 2007.
