ALL equipment <br />is co be in good condi[io n. <br />When poles are stepped, make use of <br />s~ich steps in climbing. Pay particular <br />attention (on icy poles) to each step. <br />Wlien climbing a pole, an employee <br />should keep hoth hands Eree for climbing. <br />Poles shouJ.d be inspected for "rot" <br />before climbing.
