w • -6 •
5N
Exhibit F
As noted in the first paragraph of this letter, we expect to
secure favorable approval from Fremont County on April 22nd.
Con^lusion
The operator is willing to accommodate reasonable modifications
to the mining plan in terms of bench design and related matters.
Further, we want to carry out suitable modifications r_o the
reclamation plan to assure success in the tree planting effort.
By the same spirit, we believe restoration on barren rocky
slopes i_s not practical and should not be required beyond
reasonable shaping and clean-up during the course of mining.
Instead, we believe our limited topsoil resources should be
concentrated to provide the necessary root medium and water
retention capability not now available on the lower stockpile
areas.
Thank you for your continued assistance in developing a work-
able mining and reclamation plan.
Si c•er~ly
D-+~_
Don ld`A.\ Consultant
P.S. This letter has the full concurrance of C & C Sand Company.
