Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Dischazge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for second <br />quarter 2004, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, <br />on July 30, 2004. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for second quarter 2004. <br />Only two outfalls dischazged during fourth quarter 2003; Outfalls 003A and 022A. None of the reported <br />parameters were found to be outside of CPDS permit limits. CPDS WET Tests for Outfalls 003x and <br />022x were both within acceptable limits.
