His purpose was <br />to re-certify the sediment pond. <br />After reviewing the permit and measuring the pond he concluded <br />that the pond was not certifiable due to the amount of sediment. <br />Upon notification, an officer of Sundince's parent company <br />approved expenditures for sediment removal. <br />Wet weather, mostly snow, which <br />treacherous prevented cleaning <br />on January 7th to break through <br />sediment removal. Although the <br />equipment was unable to dig the <br />frozen. <br />January 9, 1987 <br />made footing for the crane <br />in December. An attempt was made <br />the ice on the pond and begin <br />ice was successfully broken, our <br />near-surface sediment.
