No Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) required because: <br />a. X The source is one of the listed sources specifically exempt in <br />Air Pollution Control Commission (APCC) Regulation No. 3, <br />Section II. C. 1. and 2. (excluding Section II,C.l.j). The <br />filing fee ($40.00) will be credited to application for <br />emission permit 84LA074 <br />b._ The source has uncontrolled emissions of less than one ton per <br />year and emits no hazaradous, odorous, or toxic pollutants and <br />is therefore exempt under Regulation No. 3, Section II.C,l.j, <br />Enclosed is a refund for the filing fee(s). <br />2, No Permit required hecause: <br />a.
