Long <br /> Di.-ision Director <br />RE: New Horizon Mine, C-81-008, Fourth Quarter 1998 Sediment Pond Inspection Reports and CDPH&E <br />Permit CO-85-00213 Discharge Monitoring Report <br />Dear Mr. Gubka: <br />The Division received New Horizon's Fourth Quarter 1998 sediment pond inspection reports and the Dept. of <br />Health's NPDES discharge reports on February I5, 1999. The NPDES reports have been prepared in <br />compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iiij. No values exceeded the permit limitations and no problems were noted <br />with [his report.
