The line will provide TCC with the ability to <br />utilize all tlvee of the cells as opposed to just two of the three during the treatment of the water <br />discharged from the mine. The cell will provide additional detention time and enhance the ability <br />of the polymers to act upon the iron and precipitate it from the discharge stream. <br />The interpond line will be a nominal 12" plastic line buried in the berm between the two cells. I <br />anticipate having the line installed on October 19, 1498.
