BOX 449 <br />FLORENCE, COIARADO 81226 <br />QUARTERLY INSPECTION REPORT <br />WATER STORAGE PONDS <br />Date of Inspection: May 9, 1994 <br />Pond Identification: Water Storage Pond No. 3 <br />Pond Location: NW1/4 Sec. 30, T20S, R69W, 6th P.M. <br />Fremont County, Colorado <br />Comments: This pond is a partially incised pond with moderate <br />interior and exterior sideslopes. The pond interior is hypalon <br />lined and the perimeter is fenced. The valve access box on the <br />East side of the pond requires a new cover. The water level in the <br />pond at the time of inspection was approximately 6" below the pond <br />high water line. An accumulation of sediments and aquatic plants <br />were observed along the South end and in the Northeast and <br />Northwest corners of the pond. <br />Recommendations: Replace the cover for the valve access box on the <br />East side of the pond.
