Preliminary review of the information received <br />determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider yow application as being <br />submitted and technical review can begin: <br />F.XfTIRiT R _ Site Descrirtinn (Rule 6 3.2(g~: You must address Item (a) to the extent necessary to <br />demonstrate compliance with the applicable performance standard requirements of Rule 3. At a minimum, you <br />must include a descripfion of the soil characteristics in the azea of the proposed operation.
