Preliminary review of the information received <br />determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider your application as being <br />submitted and technical review can begin: <br />F.XAIRiT R _ Site nesrr~ntinn (Rnle fi "iy2lalle You must address Item (a) to the extent necessary to <br />demonstrate compliance with the applicable perfortnatlce standazd requirements of Rule 3. At a minimum, you <br />must include a description of the soil characteristics in the azea of the proposed operation.
