Cattany <br />Acting Division DIIPCIOI <br />Final Reclamation Cost Estimate. <br />Please find enclosed staff's calculations for the estimated -cost for final reclamation for the <br />above referenced application. Although some of the tasks vary, the overall cost is within <br />$701 .00 of that submitted with the application. Review the figures and if there are any <br />questions or issues please respond to staff as soon as possible. If Old Castle accepts the <br />calculations then the reclamation bond for this site will be set at 549,157.00. Please <br />emphasize to United that the bond is based on the commitment to establish slopes in <br />Phase 1 prior to mining in Phase 2.
