The <br />property is located within Section 13, Township 46 North, Range <br />16 West, Montrose County, Colorado. <br />Based on the information provided by the Colorado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology and a telephone conversation with Mr. <br />Douglas Conger on July 8, 1998, we have determined that a <br />Department of the Army permit will not be required.
