Permit No. CO-0A00132 <br />dJ General Injormation: The permiaee should read the WET testing sections ojPart I.A. and I.B. ojthe permit <br />carefully. 71te permit outlines the test requiranems and the required follow-up actions the permittee must take <br />to resolve a tonicity inridem. The permirree should read, along with the docununrs listed in Parr LB ojrhe <br />permit, the Colorado Water Quality Comrol Division Biomonitorinr Guidantt Document. dated July 1, 1993. <br />This document outlines the criteria used by the Division in such areas as granting relief from WET testing, <br />modhing tort methods and dwnging tut species. The pernuttee should be aware that some of the rnndirions <br />outlined above may be subject ro drartge if the fariGry experiences a change in drstitarge, as outlined in Part <br />Il.A.I of the permit. Such changes shall be reported to the Division immediately. <br />IV. PERM/T PAGES AFFECTTiD BYAMENDMENT.• <br />As a result of this amendment, pages I c, 1 d, and If - 1 i are amended. <br />Jon C.
