I have modified a number of pages
and Map E-1 and E-2 to show that the existing pond can only be mined when an individual
wetland permit is issued by the COE. The nationwide permit is being issued soon and will cover
all other mining. Also, the COE requested that more detail on the wetlands to be restored,
therefore, additional detail for this has been provided in the reclamation plan. Call if there are
any questions. Thanks, Steve.
Sincerely,
~ ~"
Greg I,ewicki, P. E.
Greg I,ewicki and Associates
cc: Brent Kerr
