GRAVEL PIT LEASE AND
AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ~/~ day of
May, 1986, by and between the Owners "THE DOLLERSCHELL GIRLS", acting
by and through their duly designated agent Rosella Schure, whose
mailing address is 302 Main Stteet, Sterling. Colorado 80751; and DON
KERN CONSTRUCTION, INC. (Kehn), whose mailing address is 6322 South
College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521.
W I T N E S S E T H
.That for and in consideration of the rental in the amounts
and payable ae hereinafter set forth, Owners have this date leased to
Kehn the following described property:
Approximately 10 acres in the Southeast Corner
of the area known as the Dollerachell Gravel
Pit and which is located in the W~ of Section
21, Township 8 North, Range 53 Weat of the
6th P.M., Logan County, Colorado;
TOGETHER WITH the means of ingress and egress
to said area.
The term of this lease shall commence as of the date hereof

and shall end one year thereafter.

Rental and lease fee shall be paid as follows: $500.00, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The additional sum of 45C per ,,tF

ton or 65C per yard for all gravel materials removed from the pit. ~ N

Settlement shall be made at the end of each month, during .the term of ~~ _ .!i

The parties are agreed that initially Kehn will move its '..wjj;'~ ';
asphalt machine and mixing equipment into the leased area. They will „'^~.t~~`-~
also move into the area sand and gravel from other locations and which %~
