EXHIBIT "A"
PARCEL A:
Two rectangular tracts of land at Parkdale, Fremont County,
Colorado within the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 18
South, Range 72 West, Sixth Principal Meridian, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 13;
thence South along the West line of said Section 13 a
distance of 696 feet to a point in the Southerly right of way
line of The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company,
located 100 feet Southerly at right angles from the centerline of
the main track of said Railroad Company;
thence Northeasterly along said Southerly right of way
line parallel with said main track 500 feet to the point of
beginning; -
thence continuing Northeasterly along said right of way
line parallel with said main track 680 Peet;
thence 90 Degrees right 400 feet;
thence 90 Degrees right 680 feet;
thence 90 Degrees right 400 feet to the point of
beginning, including therein the 100 foot wide right of way of
said Railroad Company located within the boundaries of the above
described tract which right of way was conveyed to said Railroad
Company by deed, dated July 10, 1890, recorded in Book 51, Page
59 of the Fremont County Records. ,
PARCEL B:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly right of way line of The
Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company that is 450 feet
Easterly, as measured along said Southerly right of way line,
from the intersection of said Southerly right of way line with
the West Line of said Section 13;
thence Westerly along said Southerly right of way line,
parallel with and 100 feet perpendicularly distant Southerly from
centerline of Railroad Company's Main Track 350 Pt;
.thence on a 90 Degree angle to the left 300 feet;
thence on a 90 Degree angle to the left 350 feet;
thence on a 90 Degree angle to the left 300 feet to the
point of beginning.
Reserving unto The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company
an easement for ingress and egress. Said easement crossing the
Northeasterly portion of the previously described Tract B for
purposes of operating and maintaining the Railroad.
