Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, 1250 North

has filed an application for a Mining and Reclamation Permit with the Colorado
Mind'Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Recla-
mation Act. The proposed borrow area, designated as the Riprap Quarry Area is
located at:
Legal description of a portion of Section 8, Township 2 North, Range 76
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Grand, State of Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows:
Considering dimensions contained herein based upon modified Colorado
State Plane Coordinate System and considering the South line of said
Section 8 as bearing North 87°28'02" West and with all bearings con-
tained herein relative thereto:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section 8; thence along the
East line of said Section 8 as shown on Bureau of Reclamation Map
No. WL-198 North 00°03'02" West 17.61.05 feet to a point on that certain
parcel of land described in warranty deed made the 16 of July, 1951
between Rawlings A. Furbush and United States of America, designated
