Reschke, PE 19691, hereby certify that Pond No. 1 <br />located at Powderhorn Coal Company's unit train loadout meets or <br />exceeds the design requirements of calculation approved by the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division in exhibit X-Volume 2 <br />and Item 2-Volume 7 of their mining and reclamation permit <br />application. The pond was excavated below grade prior to 1980. <br />The pond does not match the proposed dimensions, but does meet <br />the volume requirements. The attached diagram shows the plan <br />view and volumes of the pond. The areas were taken from a topo <br />map prepared from October 10, 1980 airphotos. <br />~~ <br />Pr <br />
