We have selected a point in time where the <br />mining disturbance could be at i[s maximum. This occurs during the mining of Cell 4. Here the <br />dewatering trench will be at i[s maximum length along with roads to the processing azea. The <br />following acres of disturbance apply at this time: ~ , <br />A. Stripped overburden and topsoil in anticipation of mining 3 acres <br />B. Active mining area 6 acres <br />C. Topsoil and overburden stockpiles 2 acres <br />D. Dewa[ering trench 1 acre <br />E. Roads I acre <br />F. Aggregate processing plant 15 acres <br />G. Settling pond 4 acres <br />H Lakeshore [opsoiling and seeding 2 acres <br />Total Disturbed Area 34 acres <br />Dikes, as shown on Exhibit C and F, will be placed between reclaimed reservoir azeas to increase <br />water storage capacity. As a secondary benefit, the creation of ponds in this area will enhance the <br />wildlife habitat presently found in the riparian riverbank azea. <br />The following equipment and facilities may be utilized in this operation <br />Loaders (2) Bottled Water Scraper (1) Aggregate Wash Plant Feeders <br />Fuel Truck Fuel Tank Electric Control Van <br />Screens (2) Mechanic Truck Generators (2) Conveyors (I S} <br />Excavator Dozer Crushers Concrete Batch Plant <br />Road Grader Haul Trucks (5) Portable Toilets Shop Building <br />Office Trailer Asphalt Plant Ready Mix Concrete Trucks (5) <br />Truck Scale Hot Oil Tanks Water Truck(4) <br />By pumping, groundwater will be discharged from all the mining cells into the Cache la Poudre <br />River or into adjacent mined cells. <br />River View Resource, CAMAS Colorndo, /nc. <br />OMG 111 Permit <br />Pnge S <br />
